International Conference on Computer Technologies and Development (ICCTD) has been changed to International Conference on Computer Technologies and Development (TechDev)
2023 12th International Conference on Computer Technologies
and Development (TechDev) will be held in Rome, Italy during October 14-16, 2023.
Future computers are on the forefront of becoming
mainstream. If you think computing is all about silicon chips and
bandwidth then you may want to think again in a few years as this will
be irrelevant. Future quantum computers will make today's desktops and
laptops seem like wooden pegs and balls attached to sticks by strings.
In the near future, computers will use nanotechnology to shrink the size
of silicon chips, increasing speed and power with parallel processing.
TechDev2023 aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and
professionals from the industry, academia and government to discourse on
research and development, professional practice in computer technology. Welcome scholars and researchers working in the
field of computer technology and development from all over the world to attend the
conference and share your experiences and lessons with other
enthusiasts, and develop opportunities for cooperation.
The organizing committees offers
virtual participation as an option for authors who may not be able
to make internatioal travels to attend the conference, who can
present their papers online with reduced registration fee, which is
to say, the conference may be held in a hybrid mode, or even a fully
virtual one based on the situation of the epidemic and the policy.

A few set of extended papers will be recommended to International
Journal of Future Computer and Communication for peer review, and accepted papers will
be published free of charge, which will be indexed by
Crossref, Electronic Journals Library, INSPEC(IET), Google Scholar, EBSCO, etc.
