If you think computing is all about silicon chips and bandwidth then you may want to think again in a few years as this will be irrelevant. Future quantum computers will make today's desktops and laptops seem like wooden pegs and balls attached to sticks by strings. In the near future, computers will use nanotechnology to shrink the size of silicon chips, increasing speed and power with parallel processing. 2025 14th International Conference on Computer Technologies and Development (TechDev) will be held in Leeds, UK during August 8-10, 2025. It aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professionals from the industry, academia and government to discourse on research and development, professional practice in computer technology. Welcome scholars and researchers working in the field of computer technology and development from all over the world to attend the conference and share your experiences and lessons with other enthusiasts, and develop opportunities for cooperation.

Excellent Presentation Award For every session, an excellent presentation will be selected by session chairs according to the originality, applicability, technical merit, PPT and presentation.

All submissions should be written in English and submit through the above Submission System. Papers reporting original, unpublished research results and experiences are solicited. Submissions must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere, or they would be rejected instantly. The paper format should follow the Template before submitting. All papers will be subject to a double-blind peer review process and each paper will be reviewed by at least 2-3 reviewers. The review result comes out within 3-4 weeks and will be sent to the authors by email along with the review comments.
Submitted papers will be strictly reviewed by the technical program committee. Accepted papers after successful registration and presentation will be included in Conference Proceedings, and submitted to be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus. The authors of the papers will be invited to participate in TechDev to display their research results.
